The NW side of the basement consists of hundreds of trays containing small parts such as discrete and active electronic components, aerospace knobs, light assemblies and other parts. A work table with tools lies beneath the trays. The far wall contains semiconductor data books and serves as storage for all kinds of aircraft instruments

At the end of the NE corner of the basement is the engineering and prototype area with all necessary basic test equipment and power supplies. Aircraft power, such as 115V and 26V 400Hz is supplied by a panel built into the wall.
The NE side of the basement consists of shelving which holds tote pans full of various parts from edge-lit panels, instruments parts, switches, encoders, synchros heat shrink tubing and God only knows what else. The continuation of the rear wall shows more instruments, control panels, spare A-7 HUD and other parts.
The SE side of the basement houses more shelving with totes full of parts. The trays consist of aerospace hardware and control head storage is facilitated by Dzus rail stands that make removing and installing these panels fast and easy. The sim's instructor station and nose can be seen against the rear wall.
The above depicts primarily instrument storage for use in the upcoming rear cockpit design, for replacement parts for instruments currently in use, future main cockpit upgrades, or trade items for other sim builders. Pictures below are more of the same for other cockpit tiems.
